Smudging
Smudging is an ancient practice, and is believed to clear negative energy. Sage is often used for smudging, but there are a variety of herbs and sticks that can be used as well. The smudging process can be done in a number of different ways, but the general idea is to burn the end of the herbs or stick, while letting the smoke carry away negative energy.
Crystals
Crystals emit energy, but they can also clear it. Amethyst, Selenite and Clear Quartz are all great purifying stones. Place them around your home or office to help clear your aura.
Epsom Salt Bath
Epsom Salt has been used for thousands of years to detoxify the body. Taking Epsom Salt baths a couple of times a week is said to help ease muscle pain, calm anxiety, and promote sleep.
Essential Oils
Our sense of smell can trigger our brain to have certain reactions. Because of this, essential oils can be
a powerful tool in cleansing your aura. Scents like Lavender and Jasmine are great for reducing stress and cultivating positive vibes.
Hot Yoga
Practicing hot yoga is a great way to cleanse your aura. Sweating can help rid your body of toxins, and twisting postures ring out any negative energy you’ve been holding onto.
